West-facing homes are best captured in the early afternoon, while east-facing homes are best photographed in the morning. Meanwhile, north-facing homes are best shot early in the morning. Regardless of the direction of a home, it can benefit from being captured during twilight.

Real estate photography is done using professional-grade DSLR cameras and lenses, as well as lighting equipment to ensure that we capture the best possible images of your property for sale. We start out by capturing realtor photos from every angle before touching them up in post-processing so they look their absolute best on all devices such as smartphones and tablets used today!

A wide variety of real estate photo editing services are included free of charge which clients can avail of during or after our realty photoshoot – these include but are not limited to color correction, background replacement/removal (i.e., replacing backgrounds with real estate photos or realtor photos taken from the same location), and light enhancement.

The time it takes to complete a real estate photo shoot depends on where your property is located. The further the distance, the longer it will be taking us to arrive at your location and finish up with our realtor photos. We can give you an estimate of how much time we expect for every realty photoshoot after talking over the phone about what is required from us before arriving there. We aim to deliver realtors’ fully touched-up photos within 48 hours of their acceptance by email or online portal delivery depending on which service tier was selected by our clients upon scheduling their appointment with us. With regards to virtual staging services, we can provide realtors with a complete virtual staging project turnaround within 24 hours.

The amount of time it takes to do real estate photography, whether it is a home listing or a commercial building, varies. Moreover, the number one most important factor is the property’s size.

Generally, prepare for about an hour. Nevertheless, expect long hours, especially for larger buildings, homes, or properties.
